Here are 8 tips compiled by leading experts in the wellness and medical fields!
1. Brisk Walks Everyday: Simply walking for 30 minutes every day has plenty of health advantages. Get out and explore your neighborhood or head to a nearby park. Walking at a moderately intense level improves heart health and strengthens your bones.

Volunteering is a great way to become more involved and active in your community. It also fosters a sense of meaning and fulfillment.

9. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night
10. Engage in intellectually stimulating activities
11. Try meditation
@wing_stock@xanga - the 7-8 hours of sleep thing actually isn't true for everyone. It's more like have a steady, regular sleep schedule that works for you. Keeping your sleep schedule regular and consistent is more important. Some people actually should sleep a little less than 7 hours or they are "oversleeping".
great tips.. and i'm trying to do the yoga thing..
I need my pet back! That is so true!
I really like those suggestions. I'd like to walk my dog everyday, I'd like to eat even better then I do, tighten up my restrictions a little more. I really want to get some yoga videos or find an inexpensive class because I do like it. It feels great & it's so calming & stress relieving. These are good suggestions that are simple to try out.
