my heart rate is naturally low. It's usually 60-something unless I've walked around the room before I had it checked. I'm not in good shape. My heart just happens to stick around that point. It always has.
I have my heart checked once a week.
I had some things happen, but my heart is really strong, so I survived. My murmur even went away.
My RHR is usually around 45. According to the table, that's slightly lower than what I should be, but that's OK. It's must better than my pre-ablation days where my RHR could be as high as 180 (and no, not because I was out of shape!) for no apparent reason. Oh the wonders of Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome.
Lucky for me, a successful cardiac ablation later, I have a nice, normal, and more ideal heart rate. WPW is no fun.
Mine's really high at the moment because I'm so out of shape.

Mine's actually 74 right now, which is kind of shocking. I have high anxiety, so I've had my heart-rate as high as 120 bpm before while just sitting there. My blood pressure is also pretty up there. But here's something cool.. when my heart-rate is too high or if I'm feeling particularly panicked, I can almost "show" my heart how to beat by applying slow, steady pressure to my carotid artery & my heart rate will slow down. It's weird.
it used to be in the 40s, but now i exercise less and it's in the 50s.

@Colorsofthenight@xanga - I'm jealous lol, my resting heart rate is 135! And I get my heart checked regularly, I have a flow murmur though and my heart stopped once
60 beats per minute, perfectly in tune with the clock which is weird.
Am 26 and have lost 65 pounds in the last year or so from exercise (mostly running).
I believe it's because I was an athlete into my 30s that I'm surviving today at 58.

just an fyi as long as it's between 60-100 it's considered normal, there would be no concerns from a health care professional unless it's below/ above. many things contribute to heart rate.
