How Often Do You Change Your Toothbrush?

I change my electric toothbrush head once every two months (unless I have been sick). I don't want to hurt my teeth with damaged bristles! For a manual toothbrush, I change it once a month. If I am sick or the bristles look damaged, I would change it sooner, but always go for sensitive toothbrush, supermarket standard own brand.
I sometimes change my mum's manual tootbrush if the bristles look worn because I don't want her to damage her teeth and gums. As for my dad, he changes his tootbrush regularly - even with false teeth!
How about you? How often do you change your toothbrush? Is your toothbrush something you think about swapping out regularly?

about once every 2 or 3 months.
Every 2-3 months. I think that's what most dentists recommend. My sister-in-law to-be's dad is a dentist and he is avid about not brushing teeth, actually. He suggests flossing and rinsing with fluoride 3-4 times each day. I can't really get past not brushing at all, but I am trying to floss and rinse more.
about 2 moths...
Every two months. Always change it. Seems that when you have implants, or false teeth, the sheer amount of money invested in them, makes you take care of them.
I don't change my tooth brush that often, but I use a lot of flouride.
My mom actually washes our toothbrushes in the dish washer. It sounds crazy, but it really does clean the toothbrushes. If you would eat from a fork or spoon out of the dish washer, why wouldn't you use a toothbrush that just came out of the dishwasher? I dunno, it makes sense to me. I've only heard of one other person doing that though.
I usually don't keep track, but like everyone else has said, I've heard you're supposed to do it 2-3 months. Sometimes I'll do it later than 3 months, sometimes sooner than that.
3 months. i think i go over sometimes because i forget
I change mine every month or two...
judging from other responses, it seems i may be doing it wrong. i change my toothbrush every 4 months, which is how often i go to my dentist for a regular cleaning. by the way, what's a normal frequency of having your teeth cleaned?
