I saw this on Pinterest and I thought it was great for people who like spontaneity, especially when exercising: get two cups, one labeled workouts and the other done, and fill the first cup with popsicle sticks that have different workouts on it. Mix them up with different workouts, cardio and strength, and for different parts of your body. Choose five each day for your workout!
I thought this was a good way for to get people to workout who don't have time to go to the gym to, and especially for beginners. A draw-back to this though is that the pick is completely random, so you can keep on getting cardio focused sticks when you want strength mixed in. Yet, you can always put the sticks back in and pick again!
I think I would do this for days when I'm lost for workout inspirations, not daily.Would you give this a try? Do you think it's a good idea? Image Source
