Ever Try the Stamina Stride Elliptical Trainer?
Hey guys! While looking at Elliptical Trainers I came across this neat little trainer: the Stamina 55-1610 Instride E-1000 Elliptical Trainer.
I was wondering if anybody had ever tried one of these and what they thought of it? If not, I'm sure many of you can give me some insight as to how useful this may be. I can only imagine the results will not be as great as with an actual elliptical but anybody know?
Have you ever used this, or another type of elliptical trainer? Share your tips in the comment section below!

this looks cool! but I'd probably bust my ass on it with no handles! haha
my parents just splurged on a brand new elliptical so I'm totally going to take advantage of that for these 2 weeks I'm home!! :)
I had one of those or something similar anyway. They are fine provided you don't want to go very fast lol. They def burn less calories than a normal elliptical trainer but theyre good if you don't have much space.
If you're someone who has to sit a lot, they're great. I used one while sitting and I lost ten pounds of the course of a couple months. It was great and took up hardly any room.
The trainer is just amazing to use. You will definitely get a great exercise from using this. Great job by the creator here.
orlando phone systemsI think the training that they offer here is so good. You are able to get so much from this. The options are endless with this. Keep up the good work.
