My prayers are with you as you find a solution. I am not a doctor and the only times I have had similar problems was with my pregnancies. I was given B6 at night and no morning sickness in the morning. Pregnancy is not gerd, of course.  You might ask your doctor. another nausea helper is ginger. Again, ask your doctor as it is a type of blood thinner. My suggestion is search for answers and don't give up on a solution.

What are any natural ways to relieve migraines? I've had them for years, sometimes they stay for weeks at a time.  The only time I've never had one was while I was pregnant.  I've been checked over at least twice to try to figure this out.  Blood tests, thyroid ultrasounds.. pretty much everything.  I have to take narcotics to deal with the pain but after 2 days or so, the meds tear up my stomach.  There has to be a better way to deal with this.

    e and post
them each day. On Friday i will post a picture in my weblog of what i
currently look like. And on Saturday i will begin my workout. Im
excited to see what happens. I love to grow and this is a new thing for
me to show others the process. I guess its kinda gunna be like that
show Made but without the video. But hey there are going to be photos
and statistics so that gives the proof. Any comments or suggestions
    before I begin?

ve become. And three to give hope to
other people who feel crappy cause of the way other people treat them.
Hard work is what brings positive change. And i want to show that.

    I
am going to buy a scale, weigh myself every day, monitor my calorie
intake, and work out(weights) every other day.(Yeah i know fats,
protein, carbs, and the amount i eat of each will make a difference but
im not a scientist and im not aiming to be perfect, that's not the
point.) I will post daily my calorie intake, my weight, and the length
of my workouts. Each week i will post a photo of my results. I will
comment on what i think, comment on the differences i see with the way
others treat me, and anything else i believe is useful. Comments and
what you guys think is welcomed as well. Maybe some of you will want to
do something similar to what im doing. But anyway im going to start
monitoring my weight on Wednesday along with calorie intak

What im going to do is try to gain weight and gain muscle. What makes
me want to do this? Well for one im becoming quite bored and i need to
something fun to do. Two ive noticed all through life that people DO
treat you differently when you look socially acceptable versus when you
look different. Males DO treat you differently based on your size. Its
sad, but its true. I know all this very well. All through high school i
was always called skinny. I believed it was because i was 6 foot. But
my metabolism is disgustingly fast. It really took a toll on how i
looked at myself and i became depressed about the way i looked
throughout the rest of high school. I avoided social events, i become
very introverted, and i didn't even think about girls. And yes girls
too do care about how big you are, and it is so easy to tell. Its
sickening the way people get treated just for their appearance. It
shows exactly how shallow people ha

@Galileo7@xanga - @Galileo7@xanga - the machine cut me off before i could finish my post about high-fructosecorn syrup so all i know to do is add my own comment and finish...now where was i?  Oh yeah, if they'd stop adding this to food the predicted diabetes epidemic wouldn't happen, the overweight/obesity problem wouldn't be half as bad, and we just might see less cardiovascular disease.  The reason high-fructose corn syrup is bad is because it causes a sudden sugar and insulin spike that makes you fat.  How this happens is a brief science lecture no one wants to hear.

I'm sorry about the split-up message.  If you have questions, contact me.---Eric

Well, let's see.  If i understand correctly we're here to share our collective wisdom about health issues, some personal, some generally known, some not so well known, some hardly known at all..at least to the Xanga public.  I guess this time i'll go with one of the latter.

As the paranoia about overweight and obesity sweeps across the country with the same fanaticism as smoking, drinking, doing dope, etc., try this.  If you are worried at all about your weight, start reading the ingredients on prepared foods and look for something called high-fructose corn syrup.  The ingredients on the labels are in order of concentration, so if it has this ingredient in it don't eat it.

This may be a little difficult because it seems to be in everything...crackers, all but the most expensive breads such as the ones in health food stores, miracle whip light...a lot of things.

If they would stop adding this crap to everyth
