Of course it's bad. It's artificial.
http://www.steviacafe.net/dangers-of-splenda
I've read it's bad because it slows down your metabolism because it's not a real food it's doesn't keep your body temperature...?
never mind even I can't read that sentence! I spelled it so fast I misused some words and what not aha, sorry!
Aspartame is in Splenda, I think. There are possible connections between Aspartame & certain diseases & death.
@punky_nerdster
@xanga - thanks
@TakingxOverxMe
@xanga - didn't know that. crap I shouldn't have put that in my coffee just now...thanks
Aspartame is in most artificial sweetners and diet drinks. Its bad! www.sweetpoison.com/aspartame-side-effects.html
Splenda isnt aspartame, its sucralose. Its the nicest of artificial sweeteners but it makes you crave junk food, water retention,
peacelove_CALLIE is right, Splenda is the safest of artificial sweeteners and does NOT have aspartame, but it's still artificial...
@TakingxOverxMe
@xanga - aspartame is in sweet n low, but not splenda.
I don't know much about splenda, but personally I use Agave nectar. It's sweeter than sugar, and healthier too.
@nattata
@xanga - Seconded.
