I have a gym on my campus & I live here. but I've never seen the likes of it. lol I'm way too busy for that.
My work is about 35-40 mins from my house but my gym is about 7 mins from home. I usually go work out after I get home from work.
that's why i always go before. it energizes and wakes me up for work and prepares me for the day. after work, i'm too tired to even try.
Im a full time college student, worked nearly 30 hours a week for a long time, and yet somehow make time to go to the gym Monday-Friday.
My classes start at 8:30am, so getting up and going from 6am-7:30am is the best thing! You feel refreshed and energized the whole day.
And the best part is, after school/work, you're free to do other things and take care of other responsibilities. Best of luck. ♥
I do have a gym nearby. I find that getting up at 3AM and getting my gym time & bike or run time in early is my only option......
I work at my university's rec center (10 minutes away), so I go almost every day, either to work out on my own or teach classes!!
