Enjoy:

I don't know what's funnier, the fact that that woman has like 3 kids, the girl asking the man what his name is, or Homer Simpson's voice yelling "Woo Hoo".

That guy in the video seemed to be afraid of fathering all those kdis, what's your biggest fear when not using a condom or protection?

As A Woman, Which Do You Prefer to Have; Muscular or Skinny Legs?

       VS.

I've got a lot of interesting comments on my previous article entitled “Does Spinning Make Your Legs Bulky?”

Click below to see the article:

http://www.healthkicker.com/706068323/does-spinning-make-your-legs-bulky/

Of all those, I found two distinctive opinions which I thought would be fun to share. While I was worried about having bulky thighs, few of the commentators brought up an interesting point--what’s wrong with having muscular legs?

Hmmm… Well, what do you think? Swimming. What activity does every pregnancy expert tell you is the best exercise for gestating moms? Swimming. What activity does my dear friend Dr. Jon - who is 70+ but looks like he's 40 and acts like he's 20 - swear by? Swimming (and some kind of crazy form of karate that I'm dying to try and yet also terrified of). And what have at least a dozen of you asked me at one point or another to do a Great Fitness Experiment on? Swimming.

I hate swimming.

Let's get one thing straight: being raised by parents who consider swimming a life skill and not optional, swim lessons were mandatory all the way up to high school. I can swim. I can freestyle, back stroke, breast stroke and - the one I hate the least - side stroke just fine. I just don't like to. More Here...

Pulling Out: Just As Good As Condoms?!

Those of us who have attended any small portion of sex ed class know that coitus interruptus, aka pulling out or withdrawal, just isn't a good method of birth control. I mean, come on, pre-ejaculate contains tons of sperm. And what if you don't pull out in time? We've been brought up to think that pulling out is only barely better than just ejaculating inside the girl.

But is it really?

A new report by Dr. Rachel Jones claims that, as a method of birth control, pulling out is only slightly less effective than the male condom. Based on data gathered by the Guttmacher Institute, only 4% of couples would become pregnant using the withdrawal method if used perfectly; they estimate that 18% would get pregnant if they take human error into account. The failure rate for condoms are about 2% if used perfectly, and more like 17% when used typically. That's not a whole lot of difference! More Here...

Can Jergens Make Me Look Like This?

I'm one of those people who's easily manipulated by TV and magazine ads. Even if they are unrealistic, like using this shampoo will make your hair grow faster in just a few weeks, or drinking that will help you lose at least 10 pounds in a week without exercising... (I don't really believe those ads), I always become curious, and end up purchasing them even if they're not on my “must buy list”.

A few weeks ago, I was reading a health magazine and this Jergens Skin Firming Moisturizer ad caught my eye. So, I thought why not try and see if it really works? On the same day, I went to CVS near my apt. and bought the product. (I don't really remember the exact price, but I think it was around 5 bucks or so, which I think was pretty reasonable). More Here...

Diet Help On Fourth Of July

How do I keep to my diet on 4th of July while actually enjoying myself?
