
Again it is time for New Year Resolutions. Almost half of all Americans will commit to something such as saving (more) money, giving up bad habits, or accomplishing other goals in their personal life or relationships.
Some of the most popular resolutions are related to happiness, money, weight loss and quit smoking. Let's look at smoking. According to the CDC about 46.6 million American adults smoke cigarettes, despite the well-known health consequences and risks of deadly diseases. The CDC further states that tobacco use is the single most preventable cause of disease, disability, and death in the United States.
