  • More than Cardio

It has become common in many gym cultures that certain rules are set in place. One is that women stay away from free weights. It seems that this tradition has been set in stone, but its time to break away from this.

For those who believe that if they lift weight they will bulk up has just been misinformed. More Here...

  • A Caddy's Workout

Traversing the bustling streets of Manhattan is no easy feat. From honking cabs to burning calves, the streets of the Big Apple are not for those who have not prepared mentally, but more important physically.

  • Parsley: A Hero Food

According to an article in the April issue of Bon Appétit magazine, parsley is an herb forgotten by many, but incorporating it into your diet can give a boost to your health, along with invigorating your cooking. Chef Seamus Mullen of New York’s Tertulia uses it often in dishes for color. • Forever 21's Health Incentive

As a college student, I spend most of my time studying for classes, meeting deadlines, and preparing for exams while managing my personal life.
